Alcoholic drinks are those that contains ethanol or alcohol. Alcohol depresses the central nervous system and reduces pain, relieves stress, anxiety and fear. Alcohol addiction is the compulsive urge to drink alcohol at excessive amounts despite the obvious negative effect to the drinker’s health and relationships with his family and the people around him.
