Drinking water tested positive for total coliform bacteria in the Scientology based Narconon drug-rehab facility in Warner Springs, California. This and the facility at Oklahoma Narconon-Arrowhead make two Narconon facilities within 6 months found with bacteria contaminated water. Narconon is a Scientology based drug treatment program.
